Vano Merabishvili surveyed wine cellar of  Teliani Valley, where he tasted the wine produced by the company. He said the number of visitors has increased with 60% this year and the mentioned tendency will continue in following years as well. As a result, in terms of wine tourism alone, Kakheti is expected to be visited by 2-3 million tourists per year, which will cause an increase in demand on the local market for wine.
